Five gift ideas for Mum
28/04/2020Mother’s Day will be different for many of us this year but that doesn’t mean it can’t be special. We’ve thought about how you can ensure Mum feels loved and adored, even if you can’t be with her in person. To all of you who, for whatever reason, can’t be together this year, please know you’re very much in our thoughts.

1.Send Mum something elegant from our gift range. We pack all-natural Tasmanian jams, berry sauces, mustards, chutneys and relishes into beautiful hampers, wooden crates and light-weight stylish boxes. Depending on location, we can hand-deliver or send your gift via post.
2. Treat Mum to a digital Italian dinner on Zoom or Facetime. Send her one of our stunning pasta sauces and treat yourself to one too. Serve over piping hot pasta, garnish with fresh parmesan and pair with a cheeky Tasmanian red. Dial into your online platform and Bon Appetit!
3. Spoil Mum with homemade high tea or have scones over Skype. Serve with TGSC jam, clotted cream and a pot of Earl Grey or English Breakfast. Mum may have to make the scones but it’ll be worth it alongside your gift of crushed strawberry conserve or blueberry and port jam. Alternatively, bake this lovely sponge cake using one of our berry fruit sauces and drop it at her door.
4. Speaking of home deliveries, we’re about to launch our free local delivery service. We’re so excited to offer this and hope it’ll make life for our local customers a little easier, especially if you’ve left the search for a gift a bit late! Keep an eye on our Facebook page (click here) for details.
5. Our topiaries (ornamental shaped trees) make stunning, elegant gifts. We have a beautiful selection available and can plant them into your chosen pot. If you’re not sure what it’s all about, call Tim and he’ll help you decide what would suit Mum best.
