When you shop on our website, as part of the checkout process you provide information such as your name, address and email address. When you provide this personal information to complete your transaction as well as  verify your credit card details to place an order, it is implied that you consent to that information being collected and used that specific purpose only. If we request your contact information for an alternative use such as marketing, we will ask for your consent or provide you with the opportunity to opt out of such activity. You are always welcome to opt out of any communications from us. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is applicable for 21 days after purchase or after receipt in the case of online orders. After 21 days, we would unfortunately not be in a position to refund your product. Please email photos, descriptions and the reason for refund to us as soon as is practical after receipt. Once we have confirmed that we have received all of the required information from you, we will work with you directly to organise a refund.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy and our terms of service at any time.
