Delivery Policy

Dispatch & Delivery

Your order will be  processed, packed and dispatched via Australia Post the working day after receipt of the order. Working days do not include statutory public holidays or weekends.

Please note that typically, we don’t experience delays, however a delay in dispatch may be caused by;

  • Requested items not in stock
  • Shipping delays beyond our control

If there is a delay for some reason, our commitment is to notify you of the reason and expected dispatch date.

In normal circumstances, please allow 3-7 working days for delivery throughout Australia. Regional and remote areas can take slightly longer and are subject to demand levels via Australia Post. Regarding international shipping, we utilise the default national shipping service for your country/region and delivery times vary accordingly.

Damage

We take great care to package your order carefully but should there be damage to the contents of your parcel, please;

  • Photograph the damaged parcel and email to us
  • Send us the arrival date and, if possible, the time of arrival
  • Itemise the damaged/ broken items

Rest assured that, as a loyal customer, the damaged items will be replaced.
