Oysters with Thai Chilli Sauce and Lime Juice
- 1 tbs lime
- 1 tsp. fresh coriander leaves
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company Thai Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame Oil
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and spoon over fresh oysters
- Consider serving this with a chilled Tasmanian white wine on a warm summer’s evening.
