Oysters with Thai Chilli Sauce and Lime Juice


  • 1 tbs lime
  • 1 tsp. fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company Thai Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame Oil


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and spoon over fresh oysters


  1. Consider serving this with a chilled Tasmanian white wine on a warm summer’s evening.
