Beef and Tomato Kasoundi Stir-fry with Mint Yoghurt Dressing


  • 500g beef fillet cut into small cubes
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. lime juice
  • 200g plain yoghurt
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped mint


  1. Heat oil in high heat wok
  2. Add beef cubes until seared but rare
  3. Add Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce’s Tomato Kasoundi and stir vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes
  4. Add lime juice and mix through the yoghurt, add chopped mint and mix
  5. Serve beef on a bed of basmati rice with yoghurt dressing as required
