Spring has Sprung in Tasmania!

Spring is is a beautiful time of the year in Tasmania, with lush green pastures and clean, clear air.  This is the time of the year at which you might start your day in shorts and a t-shirt and finish it taking photos of snow-capped mountains! 

At the Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company, we love spring because it is when our beautiful garden really starts to show its colours for our busier season and we see so many happy people visiting our tasting room and enjoying taking a tour.

Tasmania’s famous fresh produce starts to increase in availability and variety at this time of the year.  If you have the chance, pay a visit to the Launceston Harvest Market on a Saturday or the Evandale Market on Sunday and see what you can find. 

If you’re looking for things to do in and around Launceston, we’re open seven days a week for tastings at the Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company and you can see our busy expert cooks in action before trying Tasmania’s finest jams, sauces, mustards and chutneys.  Take a look around Tasmania’s largest topiary nursery and wander the beautiful gardens.
