An old favourite made in the traditional style has been given a subtle spicy lift placing it firmly in the gourmet food lover’s range. We don’r use any thickeners in our relish, meaning it’s packed full of natural flavour.
Julie’s tip: So many people in our Tasting Room say their Dad or Mum makes the best relish and “let’s see if this is as good”. They usually taste ours and go quiet! This is rich, slightly spicy and authentic. No surprises as to how you can use it – BBQ meats, cheeses and sandwiches are the go-to options. We use it as an alternative to tomato sauce on pizza bases for some extra flavour too.
