Julie’s tip: This chutney has a beautiful flavour that is bold enough to be used wiht strong meats, including game. It’s also intricate enough that it’s a very nice addition to a cheese board, as a Tasmanian alternative to quince paste. We use it a lot as a chutney to serve with curries too – the little bit of sweetness works perfectly.
