A balance of sharp and sweet flavours, this fruit chutney is a must with hot and cold dishes and cheeses. It’s a very tasty Tasmanian option as a fruity sambal for curries or use it with strong hard cheeses to balance the flavours.
Julie’s tip: We sought a great deal of input from family and friends on a number of variations of this chutney before it was released. We’re really happy with the delicate balance of sweet and savoury and the fact that although it has spice, you can still tell we use top quality Tasmanian apricots. Make sure you put this one on a cheese board with a sharp or even smoked cheddar.
