Pork Fillet Medallion with Plum & Pepperberry Chutney
Ingredients
- Pork fillet
- Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company Plum & Pepperberry Chutney
- Zucchini
- Baby Rocket
Instructions
- Slice 10 mm medallions of pork
- Coat pork generously with Plum & Pepperberry Chutney
- Grill slowly and serve with grilled zucchini & rocket
