Pork Fillet Medallion with Plum & Pepperberry Chutney

Ingredients

  • Pork fillet
  • Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company Plum & Pepperberry Chutney
  • Zucchini
  • Baby Rocket

Instructions

  1. Slice 10 mm medallions of pork
  2. Coat pork generously with Plum & Pepperberry Chutney
  3. Grill slowly and serve with grilled zucchini & rocket

Notes

  1. A very easy and delicious entree or appetiser. Our Plum & Pepperberry Chutney is a great talking point too, with native Tasmanian Pepperberries used as a key ingredient.
