New Product Available!

We recently added a new product to the Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company range and it has been very popular so far.  The Rhubarb & Strawberry Jam has the smooth texture and unique flavour of rhubarb and the full fruit flavour of Tasmanian strawberries.  There’s also a light spice added to this jam to give it an extra lift.  See if you can pick what it is! 

We’re enjoying using it as you would any other jam – sandwiches and toast.  However, it has proven itself in jam tarts and is superb with fresh scones and cream.
