One of the comments we hear a lot from visitors to the Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company is that it’s great to see a business producing top quality products by hand.  We all know of the quality of Tasmanian produce and the only way to honour that quality is to take care with our process and finished products.  If you visit us during the week, chances are that you’ll be able to see our wonderful cooks producing some of our delicious sauces, chutneys, mustards and jams!
