Tours and Tastings

Spring 2015 is in full swing at the Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company with our team cooking daily to stock the shelves for Christmas.
As well as busily cooking our famous condiments, we’re hosting daily groups for tours and tastings from Tassie, interstate and overseas.
These tours can include cooking demonstrations using our products, an Ericvale garden tour, morning tea, afternoon tea and most popularly, a gourmet Aussie BBQ lunch.
Our BBQ lunches, morning teas and afternoon teas are offered to a minimum of ten guests and we recommend combining this with a stroll around the garden. Whenever possible, we use produce from our organic pottager garden for cooking lunches and as this amazing vegetable garden is just metres from where you dine, it couldn’t possibly be much fresher!
